COMPLIMENTARY PASSES
When purchasing the passes online, if you are entitled to complimentary passes,
please do not include those in the total requested or you will be accidentally charged for it. The number of complimentary passes is based on how many fighters are attending the event. *A dropped fighter that is still attending with their team may use their event pass (received by checking in), as a corner pass.
You will receive the complimentary passes, when you pick up the paid passes.
Passes are allocated by the number of fighters competing on a team:
Trainer with 1-3 fighters, can purchase up to 3 passes (for corners ONLY!).
Trainers with 4-6 fighters, will receive 1 complimentary pass and can purchase up to 3 additional passes (for corners ONLY!).
Trainer with 7-9 fighters, will receive 2 complimentary passes and can purchase up to 3 additional passes (for corners ONLY!).
Trainers with 10 or more fighters, will receive 3 complimentary passes and can purchase up to 3 passes (for corners ONLY!)
WHO CAN PICK UP THE PASSES?
ONLY Trainers can pick up Corner Passes unless you appoint a proxy.
WHEN CAN YOU PICK THEM UP?
Coaches are required to check in at Weigh Ins.
If you are not able to be present during the posted check-in time,
please send an email appointing a proxy or complete the online form, to have someone else pick up your passes.
EVERYONE picking up passes must have a PHOTO ID.
We will not sell Corner Passes after Thursday Evening. ALL Corner Passes must be picked up be 8pm on Thursday.
Please do not be upset with door staff for following our rules.
HOW MUCH ARE THE CORNER PASSES?
Corner Passes are $40 each in advance, if paid by Saturday, March 11, 2023.
Passes are $50 each when purchased at Check Ins.
One pass will allow admission for both days and into all warm up areas.
The passes are a wristband that MUST stay on during the entire event.
DO NOT CUT OFF YOUR WRISTBAND!
NO REFUNDS ONCE PURCHASED.
**CORNER PASSES ARE FOR CORNERS ONLY**
They are not for fighter's family, other gym members, etc.
We have discovered corners also trying to share their wristbands. PLEASE be respectful and abide by the rules. If a team is caught dishonestly using the wristbands, all bands will be taken away and the corners will be not allowed into the pit area or spectator area for the remainder of the event.
